As the founder of E³ Coaching, I partner with leaders to grow from the inside out—helping them lead with authenticity, courage, and purpose.
My path to leadership coaching began with a foundation in the natural sciences and psychology, followed by more than 25 years as a Human Resources leader and executive coach in complex, fast-paced corporate environments. Throughout my career, I supported leaders as they navigated the challenges of influencing others, managing change, and leading themselves with clarity and confidence.
My scientific background and deep curiosity about human behavior led me to neuroscience and the powerful truth that we are never “finished” developing. Our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are shaped by neurochemistry influenced by mental, emotional, physical, social, and environmental factors. When stress dominates, it limits connection, curiosity, and compassion. When energy is optimized, engagement increases and performance follows.
Leaders who consistently exceed their goals understand this. They master the art of influence by managing their own energy, creating awareness in their interactions, and positively shaping the emotional climate around them—unlocking stronger connection, commitment, and results.
My work is grounded in Core Energy Coaching™.
