My path to leadership coaching began with a foundation in the natural sciences and psychology, followed by more than 25 years as a Human Resources leader and executive coach in complex, fast-paced corporate environments. Throughout my career, I supported leaders as they navigated the challenges of influencing others, managing change, and leading themselves with clarity and confidence.

My scientific background and deep curiosity about human behavior led me to neuroscience and the powerful truth that we are never “finished” developing. Our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are shaped by neurochemistry influenced by mental, emotional, physical, social, and environmental factors. When stress dominates, it limits connection, curiosity, and compassion. When energy is optimized, engagement increases and performance follows.
